Shipping & Returns


Domestic Shipping:

Aberle offers a flat rate of $5 per order within the domestic United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).  All orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.  Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.  UPS delivers packages Monday through Friday.  Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.  Below is a UPS Ground “time in transit” map to help determine how long it will take for your order to arrive.  For international orders, please contact us directly.

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price merchandise within 10 days of receipt.  Sale items 50% or more are final sale, no exceptions.  Returns will only be accepted for items that are UNWORN, UNALTERED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Footwear returns MUST include the original shoe box in its original condition.  Do not put shipping labels or tape on shoe boxes.

How to make a return/exchange:

Refunds will be issued in the manner as the order was paid upon receipt of returned merchandise after inspection. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Aberle cannot accept responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.  We recommend that you select an insured shipping method with a trusted carrier so that you will have recourse should something happen to your package in transit.  Please keep all tracking details until your transaction is complete.
